Hailing
from the legendary musical burg of Hoboken, NJ, the Fuzzy Lemons
bring toe-tapping tunes, whimsical lyrics and zany audience participation
making them an instant favorite with kids of all ages.
The
Fuzzy Lemons were born when some of Hoboken's favorite children's
entertainers decided to join forces and use their powers for
good. Dana Harrison (Musicology), Kipley Wentz (Mister Kipley
Music & Puppets), Dave Lambert (Music Together) and Maiken
DuBois (ToddlerTainment) teamed up to play a "musical summit" at
the Hoboken Family Alliance's Cabin Fever Festival in
February of 2008.
To
fill out the rhythm section the band enrolled bassist Justin
Michael, who coordinates the music at Hoboken Evangelical Free
Church, and drummer Kimberly Perry, a teacher at the Mustard
Seed school.
With
the addition of this powerful one-two punch, the band has exploded
onto the scene with a high-energy show and a treasure-trove of
catchy original tunes that are destined to become classics. |
